Certification, or verification, identifies the status of features in the database.

You can change the status as follows:

Submit: Change feature representations from Under Construction or Rejected to Not Verified.

Accept: Change feature representations from Not Verified or Rejected to Accepted. This is an optional status which can be set when feature attributes and representations are known to be acceptable.

Verify: Change feature representations from Not Verified to Verified.

Reject: Change feature representations to Rejected.

Related commands:

Procedure

1. Activate the usage containing the representation to be updated.

2. Select the representation to be updated.

3. Select the appropriate certify representations command.

If you are rejecting the representation, the Create Marker dialog box is displayed. You must type a reason for the rejection.

A message is displayed indicating the success of the status change.

To cancel this operation during processing, press <Esc>.
