Switch display between reference and proposed in a Raster Set.
A proposed chart is a chart that is currently being edited. A reference chart is a previous version of a chart to which a proposed chart can be compared.
Until the Compare Chart or Compare Files commands are run, additional commands for viewing changes cannot be activated.

Procedure
1. Select the Show Raster Change References command.
The reference chart or layers are now displayed.
When the command is de-selected, the proposed layers are displayed.
