The P_GPEAPI package assists with the creation of GML products using API calls. There are also a number of views to support product-related operations. For more information on how to generate product information using the HPD tools please refer to the HPD S-57 ENC Editor Reference Guide, the AML Editor Reference Guide and Paper Charts. Latitude and Longitude coordinates are given in decimal degrees defined by WG84.
