Restore a deleted representation to all usages. An undeleted feature is removed from the Deleted Features layer and restored to its original layer.

Procedure
1. Make the Deleted Features layer active.
2. Select one or more features.
3. Select the Undelete Feature From All Usages command.
The selected feature or features are restored to their original usages.
