Create a layer by the currently active project.This is useful for checking what features were modified in the open project.
Two layers are created:
• Any Version Change by Project contains all features changed over the course of the project
• Latest Version Changed by Project contains the most recently changed features over the course of the project.

Procedure
1. Select a layer.
2. Select the Create Layer by Current Project command.
